Bartome connects guests in Miami with professional bartenders for private events. By using Bartome you agree to these terms.
Booking requests
Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking. Your event is confirmed once the bartender accepts and payment is completed. Prices shown include the hourly rate, any extras you select, and taxes and fees. You are charged the full amount at booking.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate event details, a safe and accessible location, and confirm that all guests served alcohol are of legal drinking age. Alcohol is supplied by you unless stated otherwise in your booking. Bartenders may refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests.
Keeping business on Bartome
Contact details, payments and arrangements stay on Bartome. Sharing phone numbers, emails or off-platform payment methods in messages is not permitted, and those details are hidden automatically.
Cancellations
Cancellations follow the Moderate policy shown on the bartender's listing and on your booking. See our cancellation policy.
Liability
Bartome is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable Florida or federal law.
