Your name, email, phone number if you give one, event address and event details, your messages with your bartender, and your booking and payment history.
How we use it
To create and manage your bookings, to let you and your bartender communicate, to process payments and payouts, and to provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
The bartender you book sees the details needed to run your event. Bartome staff can access booking records for support and payouts. Contact details are hidden inside messages to keep bookings on the platform.
Retention and deletion
Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. To request access or deletion of your account data, contact us.
Security
Access to your data is restricted to your own account, your bartender for your events, and Bartome staff. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
