Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

The cancellation policy saved on the confirmed booking governs that event even if Bartome or the provider later changes the public policy.

Moderate policy

• Cancel at least seven full days before the event start time: full refund of amounts paid.

• Cancel less than seven days but at least 48 hours before the event: 50% of the provider service and extras is retained; the remainder is refunded.

• Cancel less than 48 hours before the event: non-refundable.

Refund calculations, including the treatment of guest fees and taxes, will be displayed before the cancellation is confirmed. Taxes attributable to a refunded amount will also be refunded where applicable.

Provider or Bartome cancellation

If the provider or Bartome cancels and the guest does not accept a reasonable replacement, the guest receives a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled booking.

Material event changes

Changes to date, start time, duration, address, guest count or required equipment are subject to provider approval and may change the price. A requested change is not effective until accepted and confirmed in Bartome.

Unsafe or unlawful events

A provider may refuse or end service when the environment is unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the booking or requires service to minors or intoxicated guests. Refund eligibility will be determined from the facts and these Terms.

Refund timing

Bartome initiates approved refunds to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control when funds become available.
